Complaints Procedure

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or experience at Consultants Choice Clinic:

  1. Tell Us As Soon As Possible
    Many issues can be resolved quickly by speaking with a member of our team. We encourage you to raise concerns early so we can address them promptly.
  2. Formal Complaints
    If you’d prefer to submit a formal complaint, please provide as much detail as possible. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, and we aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.
  3. Investigation & Resolution
    Our Clinic Director will oversee your complaint and ensure a thorough investigation is carried out. You’ll be kept informed throughout the process.
  4. Still Not Satisfied?
    If you are unhappy with the outcome of our investigation, you may refer your complaint to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS) or your private healthcare provider, depending on how your care was funded.

What We Do With Your Feedback

  • Compliments are shared with staff to recognise outstanding care
  • Suggestions are reviewed by our management team
  • Complaints are investigated fully and used to improve future service delivery
