• We aim to provide appointments and results as quickly as possible. Many of our patients are able to have diagnostic tests arranged within a few days of their consultation.
• Most blood results are available within 24–48 hours
• Imaging results are typically returned on the same day.
• Your consultant will review your results with you and recommend next steps, which may include further testing, treatment, or follow-up

Where Are Tests Carried Out?

Diagnostic procedures are carried out at:

• Our clinic (for blood tests and some minor procedures)
• Network hospitals including Woodlands Hospital, Spire Washington, Nuffield Tees,
  Ramsay Tees Valley and The Duchy Hospital

Our Patient Liaison Team will coordinate your appointments and ensure you are seen at the most convenient location.

Insurance & Payment Information

• If you’re using private health insurance, our team will help obtain pre-authorisation from your provider
• If you’re a self-paying patient, a full breakdown of costs will be provided before your test is booked—no hidden fees
