How to Refer a Patient

Referring is quick and straightforward. You can send a referral:

Our team can guide you through the process or confirm availability before submitting.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive a referral:

1. The patient is contacted within 1–2 working days to arrange a suitable appointment.
2. We keep you updated with appointment details and a summary report post-consultation.
3. If additional tests or treatment are required, we’ll coordinate the pathway and keep all parties informed.

Referring Through Private Medical Insurance?

We support all major UK insurers, including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, WPA, Cigna, Vitality, and more. Patients should be encouraged to obtain a pre-authorisation code from their insurer before attending.
