Very warm and welcoming greeting both at reception on entering the clinic and by the consultant. The examination bed was particularly comfortable. Was seen on time. The consulati9n was thorough and the consultant explained all options clearly. Overall i felt cared for and supported. An excellent a human centred service. Thank you.
